Our company has worked with BITC since 2011, helping to create 1,000 new jobs in East London through our training and capacity-building support for social enterprises.

arc connects social enterprises with big businesses, sharing expertise and innovation to create bigger, better businesses and jobs for local communities.

arc provides a comprehensive support service to help social enterprises grow and create jobs, connecting them to business expertise, access to finance and supply chain opportunities. Businesses and social entrepreneurs share skills and create sustainable benefits for staff, customers and communities.

arc is supporting social enterprises to create jobs for deprived communities, and has helped to create 1,000 jobs in the Olympic Host Boroughs between 2011 and 2015 and is currently helping to create a further 1,000 jobs in West London by 2016.

What we have delivered

our Company has been an approved training partner on the programme since 2011.

We have delivered 14 training workshops in the areas of Business Strategy, HR, Sales, Marketing, PR, Management Systems, Fundraising, Presentations, Social Media and Tender Writing.

We have supported 60 social enterprises on the programme, training over 120 attendees in a range of different areas, with an average of 2 staff from each social enterprise attending the programme.
Beyond training, we have also helped BITC arc members to explore and secure additional funding to develop their social impact processes, management systems and raise social investment.
