Salesforce have launched their Salesforce1 Mobile App, that can give you access to the database right from your smart phone.
You can now update tasks, calls, meetings and notes with your clients/beneficiaries on the go using your mobile, so you no longer need to be sat at your desk.
Salesforce1 App is free to download for Salesforce Users. Non-Profits can apply for free or discounted licenses for Salesforce via the Salesforce Foundation.
