The Salesforce Supermums training programme has been running for over a year now, so you are probably curious to know what the newly qualified Supermums are doing now and if they found Salesforce roles that blend with family life. Here are the stories from 5 mums who have completed the programme and are now fully certified Salesforce Administrators.

Meet 5 Salesforce Supermums
Jennifer Smith is now Head of Product, at the Sustainable Restaurant Association. She is responsible for development and customisation of the SRA’s Salesforce database and online community. Jennifer is currently focussing on implementing marketing automation, delivering management KPI reporting and ensuring GDPR compliance. She previously managed CRM implementations within banking and the creative industries and has significant experience customising CRM systems and business processes.
Gillian O’Connor is now Technical Lead at Payonomy, assisting existing and new clients with their recurring revenue and Salesforce projects. Gillian formerly performed a variety of roles during a decade-long career at IBM, including Technical Pre-Sales, Digital Marketing and Training Enablement.
Barbara Clarkson is now the Salesforce Administrator and Operations Office at London Youth Rowing. Having worked at the organisation in various roles, she took on the role of further developing their Salesforce CRM on completion of the course. She has 9 years of experience working in the non-profit sector looking at various operational areas.
Sherrian Kars is Service Coordinator and Salesforce Administrator at Living Well CIC. Previously a teacher for 6 years, Sherrian took the Salesforce Supermums Course and successfully gained a position at Living Well, which provides a wide range of holistic services designed to enable people to better manage their health and wellbeing.
Jasmine Toogood is a Salesforce Administrator at our Company, implementing a range of Salesforce solutions for charities from NPSP, Volunteers for Salesforce, Service Cloud to Pardot. Prior to changing career, she was previously a marketing campaign manager at EE and RDP.

With 36 trainees now recruited on to our Salesforce Supermum’s programme, we are actively looking for suitable job opportunities for our graduating mums. Our mum’s have six months’ salesforce training and work experience. Whether your job role is in project management, technical, sales or consultancy, our trainees can bring a wide range of skills and expertise.
