Supporting Customers during COVID-19

To Prospects, Customers and Partners,

With so much uncertainty regarding COVID-19, I wanted to offer you reassurance as to the steps we are taking at our Company CIC.

We are following and implementing all advice and the latest guidelines provided by Public Health England and the UK Government, and our primary concern remains the safety and welfare of our clients, customers and our team.

As a team that fully functions using cloud technology, we will continue to deliver projects virtually and keeping projects on track wherever possible.

We take satisfaction in being able to support charities and non-profits to establish and manage CRM systems to support their staff and customers whilst they are working virtually. We are proud and passionate to put our skills to use where can help and draw on our volunteer resources to offer discounted packages of support for smaller charities.

We are fortunate to be in a position whereby our team are fully set up for home working and will be continuing business as usual with extra measures in place. In accordance with government guidelines we will increase social distancing, and going forward all contact with our clients will be via video/call, reducing the need to travel.

We very much appreciate your ongoing business and support and we look forward to continuing to work with you all virtually during this period of uncertainty.
