Right now, it’s more important than ever for non-profits to stay engaged with their volunteers and to be able to manage their volunteer programmes effectively. This has always been crucial for non-profits, but the challenges being faced at the moment are extra-ordinary, and many organisations are looking at ways to deliver meaningful and personalised engagement with their volunteers and manage the day-to-day tasks of their volunteer programmes more efficiently, without actually having the opportunity to meet their volunteers face-to-face!
We welcome Nicola Gibba from our Company, Joshua Mason, our in-house Volunteer Management Expert, the Shaw Trust volunteer programme assistant, and Luca Benini from Native Video to the panel.
Join us as we talk to Joshua from Shaw Trust about how we have worked together to deliver an impactful volunteer management solution for their organisation using Salesforce CRM and how that has affected their ability to effectively work with volunteers across the UK.
We will also be joined by Nicola Gibba, our resident Volunteer Management specialist, who has worked on the frontline with some great volunteer organisations in the UK. Nicola will share her insights on some of the challenges in the sector and some of the solutions!
At its core, great volunteer engagement is driven by being able to track interaction and activity. This is where having a robust and flexible data management/CRM solution like Salesforce comes into play – giving you that 360 views across all your engagement with your Volunteers, no matter what area of your organisation they are involved with.
