Over the last few months we have been delighted to welcome new members to our Salesforce Delivery team. They have years of experience in the non-profit space as well as direct hands-on Salesforce expertise and in-depth training. We are proud that two of our client have loved their experience of implementing Salesforce so much that they have decided to pursue a career in the sector and after completing their training they have now joined our team as Solution Consultants. They are already busy working with our clients and we just wanted to introduce you.
David Chater – Solutions Consultant
David has 18 years’ experience across the voluntary and public sector, including senior leadership and trustee roles. He started out in campaigns and policy work with national charities Crisis and Turning Point. He then decided to work for the Department for Education managing a range of youth funded programmes. David was also Vice-Chair of young people’s charity Brook for five years. Before joining our Company he was Head of Funds at Power to Change where he worked with our Company to implement Salesforce to manage grant giving for two years. He enjoyed it so much he upskilled in Salesforce on a six month course with our Company and is now a qualified Agile Project Manager and certified Salesforce Consultant.
David lives in Sheffield and works with Charities and Foundations in the North as well as London.
Neil Mallet, Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Neil is an experienced Salesforce Consultant having worked in a consultancy role since 2016 managing and supporting multiple non-profit clients to use Salesforce at Homeless Link and Cloud for Good. He is a qualified Agile Project Manager and Salesforce Certified.
Prior to that he worked at VSO and used Salesforce to manage 1000’s of volunteers internationally. He is very familiar with managing bespoke customer builds from start to finish, training end users on systems, providing sales demos and providing administrator support to existing customers. Neil is based in London but works with clients UK wide.
Graham Hopgood, Technical Consultant
Graham has been working in the non-profit sector for over 13 years, in a variety of roles spanning programme delivery, service design, account management, impact measurement, and even a bit of recruitment. He became the Salesforce Administrator for a small charity in 2013, and has been obsessed ever since. Before joining our Company in summer 2019, he worked as an in-house Salesforce Administrator for both large and small charities and has delivered many Salesforce projects as a freelance consultant.
His specialisms are business process automation and analytics, with extensive experience of using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to deliver beautiful, interactive business intelligence tools. A proud data geek, Graham’s guiding principle is “Dashboard Everything” and is a certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant. Graham lives in Hastings and support clients virtually across the UK on the Support Desk.
Becky Smith, Solutions Consultant
Becky is an experienced professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the public and non-profit sector, consulting with clients to elicit requirements, design solutions, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. She has extensive project management experience and is a certified Agile Project Manager. She has also worked in an operational capacity overseeing finance, HR, delivering training, systems design and information and communications management, including working with Salesforce since 2018 within a non-profit. She worked with our Company as a client and completed a Salesforce Admin six month training programme. She is now a certified Salesforce professional working towards her Consultancy certifications. Becky lives in Brighton and supports clients across the UK.
