Salesforce Supermums shortlisted for a National Technology Award!

We are delighted to announce that Salesforce Supermums has been shortlisted for a National Technology Award in the Tech for Good category!

What is Salesforce Supermums?

Salesforce Supermums is a pioneering digital skills training programme which empowers mums to get back to work with Salesforce CRM Admin skills, coaching and work experience. The programme helps to increase the number of women in technology and shines a spotlight on what’s possible for working women. It has empowered a highly experienced and flexible Salesforce workforce, as well as helped meet demand for Salesforce skills amongst non-profit organisations.

Salesforce Supermums started as an initiative of our Company, bringing together our passion for supporting nonprofits and our belief in the importance of flexible working.

How does Supermums Support Non-Profits?

As part of the course, trainee Supermums deliver 48 hours worth of free support to charities with the support of a qualified Salesforce Consultant.

Since 2017, our Company and Salesforce Supemums have worked with 70 charities, supplying 2552 hours of pro bono Salesforce support (worth £247k!) to help these organisations kickstart their digital transformation without breaking the bank.

This gives organisations the chance to take that step forward into the Salesforce environment, customise the system to work for them and plan for future growth and development.
